Beer Suggestions

I have a good idea of what classic craft beers I want to feature coming up. Are there any that you would like to see? I’m in Chicago, so keep in mind I might not have access yet, but I’ll definitely work on it. Thanks!

Beer Palates

How much has our palate changed over the years? As a kid, I enjoyed Old Style and I couldn’t tell you the last time I purchased one. Over time with beer getting hoppier and stronger, has your palate and taste changed? Can you enjoy a simple beer that you used to drink? The beer hasn’t changed at all. In the early 90’s I liked Leinenkugel, not sure if I would today. Let me know what you think.
