This is usually the time of Chicago Cider Week so while I wish the Northman was still around on Lincoln, I’ll just stay home and have a cider tonight. Right Bee Cider is a Chicago cidery that makes some great ciders and the Clementine I’m having now might be my favorite from them. This has a great pinkish orange color, and the taste is amazing! This has Cinnamon, Rosehip, Honey and Hibiscus added to the Clementine and everything blends together perfectly. The honey they use according to the bottle is from their own bee hives which is a nice touch to this. If you are looking for a nice change from a beer, you can’t go wrong with this!

Katie and Charlie the owners are great people and I can’t wait for the damn pandemic to be over and visit the taproom to have this there.
