Tonight I’m having K.I.S.S. from More out in Huntley, Illinois. This is a Double Dry Hopped IPA with Citra and El Dorado hops. Like everything More puts out, K.I.S.S. is really good beer. You get a great citrus/fruit flavor profile from the hops, the aroma for me was a little lacking but that could and is probably just me. If you enjoy the Hazy/NE Style of IPA, this will be up your alley and is a fine beer. Control Tammie stopped there and grabbed me a mix pack of 4 different selections from them and I’m looking forward to the others in this pack.

I think I’m going to jump off the hazy train for a while. There are so many out there now that for me, it’s hard to stand out above the crowd when most are so similar. The K.I.S.S. is a really good beer, but maybe it’s time for me to step back and recalibrate the taste buds so I could appreciate this one more than I did.
